Hope Leadership Structure

  • Staff and Lead Volunteers

    • Our amazing staff works incredibly hard across all aspects of Hope.  We’ve also found a few key areas where a lead volunteer is able to champion a particular ministry, and we are incredibly thankful for those leaders as well.  Click here to check out our staff team and learn more about what they do.

  • Leadership Team

    • Our Leadership Team works with Pastor Bill to be the Vision casters, and Spiritual leaders of the church. Our work is divided into two areas: Practical ministry items, and Long-range Vision and Mission. As such each Leadership Team member is asked to champion a particular area of ministry to help partner with the staff in supporting that work for the year.

  • Finance Team

    • Our Finance Team serves the Leadership Team and is tasked with preparing and reviewing our annual Budget, tracking all financial giving, reporting said giving to all donors, and supporting the joy of Stewardship.

  • Constitution & Bylaws: 

    • The Evangelical Covenant Church is a communion of congregations gathered by God, united in Christ, and empowered by the Holy Spirit to obey the great commandment and the great commission. It affirms its companionship in faith with other church bodies and all those who fear God and keep God’s commandments. Click here to view the Constitution and Bylaws.
