FAQs: What To Expect

When is worship service?

Sunday mornings at 9:00 AM for a classic style worship service, and 10:30 AM for modern. You can attend both remotely or in person, masks on or off (whatever makes you the most comfortable). We have YouTube playlists for both services on our YouTube channel.

What more can you tell me about worship?

Our classic style worship is at 9:00 AM and lasts approximately 55 minutes. Kids are always welcome in church, and we have crayons and toys available for your littles if they want something to do during church :) Time for fellowship, refreshments, and treats immediately follows each worship hour.

Our modern style worship is at 10:30 AM and lasts approximately 65 minutes. Kids are always welcome in church, however we have a staffed nursery for four years and younger during this later service. Additionally, Kids Club (Sunday School for K-5th grade) is dismissed after music and announcements. Time for fellowship, refreshments, and treats immediately follows each worship hour.

What to wear?

Dress is casual! Come as you are!

(Most weeks you’ll see Pastor Bill in his Adidas).

What music do you play?

It depends on the service! During our classic worship, we sing hymns together that are picked each week to go along with the sermon. During our modern worship, we play mostly contemporary Christian music, but occasionally will bring back some traditional hymns. Our praise team leaders, Sarah Walles and Brandon Wilson, select the songs for their teams to play to go along with the sermons that week. We encourage our congregation to clap, sing along, and dance if you so desire!

Kids' Club (grades K - 5)

Children will be in worship with their families for the first half of worship (during the singing and more interactive parts of the service). And then they'll be dismissed to a more kid-focused learning environment for the second half of service. You can get all the details from Kim Reynolds or at the Hope Hub table in the lobby!

Nursery (ages 4 and under)

As always, kids are welcome in our congregation. However, we do have a fully staffed nursery in a separate room right off the lobby.
